Mum and Dad came to collect No 1 on Friday evening and to see the joy on all their faces was wonderful. At that moment Nanny and Gandad stepped back and let them have some raucous time together. It was knock down Dad time and an occasional cuddle with Mum. Luckily he had eaten a good dinner, because he burns a lot off in action.

On Saturday Davey and I went to the park with Ed, whilst Pat had some time in the garden and Cath chilled for a while. Hopefully it was a holiday for all as C&D have such a busy work life. By Friday though, they were chomping at the bit to see him.

Drive back was Saturday evening and good time was made. It seems that the plan for him to sleep all the way down didn't quite work out.

Nanny and Gandad slept well, after we knew they were back.....although we will probably be waking up at 1.00am for a while anyway ( well I normally do anyway ).

Last photos here. Tried X Large this time, although you should be able to get them all as a film strip by clicking on one

All Little P and Big P, apart from the oven bit - last weeks Focaccia
.
Hope you like them

  1. Really enjoyed all the blog entries Mal. With your new camera it must be so rewarding and fun to have such a gorgeous lively curious active and handsome subject to capture (and Big P's not too bad either!). We can't get over how summery it all looks. Eddie's looking like a little Aussie in those cut off jeans (no thongs though). Was Pat at home with you and Eddie too? Loved the TA report on the week's stay - especially the rating summary and the reference to the staff bed (best shared at 1.00am).

    1. It's great fun with the camera and Eddie isn't worried by it at all - but then he does love playing iphone videos of himself as well.
Yes, Pat was home most of the week - she only had to go in two half days, for the month end work. We loved the cut offs too
