Eddie having dinner at our place. We had been out sitting in all the cars he could find, and had a great time. He was upset the next day that he couldn't drive the car to the station to head home with Mum.
He has a liking for bananas, but only if they still have the skin on. If you cut them up on a plate, then they are apparently ruined!
Good grief. A surprise egg toy that still works.
Petis Filous....is one ever enough?
Saturday was a Thundersport Bike Meet at Oulton Park. Our usual parking spot with JC arriving in the Vantage.
Some excellent racing with big grids and some commited riders. With Pat buying me a season ticket, I have recently re discovered bike meetings. Also a great chance for playing with the new camera.Accelerating out of Old Hall corner. This is Jenny Tinmouth. Every lap she was really on it and took a well deserved 2nd win of the day.
Back into the bread making now and have a good Sourdough "Mother" on the go. Made these earlier in the week to go with the Asparagus Soup, made with the last of the British Asapragus. ANother starter is on the bubble tonight, to make a larger loaf for the weekend.
Ah well. Just made this post as an update and to also try uploading a short vid of Ed. Still experimenting here.
Brilliant way to share vids Malcolm. This one worked superbly (and a great way to hear Ed speaking so beautifully). Did you use the 5D? If so how did you compress it enough to go on blogger? Your bread is very impressive. You could make a vid tutorial on your breadmaking!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new Blog Mal! It was a lovely surprise to see all the news when we returned tonight from our trip to Mildura. Ed really enjoyed centrestage there on his highchair. What a lovely vid! And what a gorgeous little boy. We were also very impressed with your bread.
ReplyDeleteHi Mal, just catching up. Very impressed with demonstrated expertise so far, everything pointing to an early command of the medium. I wouldn't mind a slice of that bread either!! Rob
